Volunteering opportunities

Every day we receive phone calls or notes form lovely people indicating they want to come and help out. We do take your offers of help very seriously and we do our best to accommodate such requests – we do our utmost not to forget you. However, there may not always be jobs to do on a regular basis but when we stage our biggest events (Annual Walk and Pin Badge Sales) we do need a lot of help, especially with the Walk. With replies and offers of help coming in via our new leaflets, together with verbal offers of help, we are collating a volunteers list so that we are in a position to call on you as and when we need that extra help.

We appreciate and acknowledge that you are able to bring many skills to our charity so please do not think we are ignoring your willingness to help. With the charity rapidly growing there are always a multitude of jobs that need doing! Thank you to those who are already actively involved.
